So my mid term review for IA is tomorrow
i'll meet the prof with my supervisor to discuss what i';ve been doing these past few months

hmmmm
WHAT have I been doing?

thank god for the shared folder
i can copy the template
so thats one half of the work done

but the bad thing is
i start comparing what previous interns did
in comparison to me

checked my bank acount today
and i got my first paycheck!
well technically,its not a physical check
more like a deposit?
but i'm on payroll

the only other time i had that was at secret recipe being a waitress
but this feels more real

lol
its only 500+
but still
not bad
for the first time
bank account is groooooooooowing

how music has changed

its so strange
watching friends, s04e07, which was probably filmed in 1998?
and in this epi, they make fun of ross who plays very weird music by using the sounds htat have been programmed into the keyboard.

and even though its meant to sound "bad"
it actually sounds like daft punk music for hte movie tron

so wat was considered bad
is now in vogue
lol

1st productive day

today i actually felt sorta happier when i left work
and yes, it is the weekend
so ppl do get happier

but i left without feeling so sian

coz i got the bigger picture of why i'm doing all the excel formatting stuff
and plus, i felt mroe involved rather than just some extra worker

i actually joked around with the leadership grads in RR
and they were very nice!
totally tried to help me in my stuff :D
so i didn't have to come up with a telephone guideline coz luckily he told me he saw one on the RR site
and thats awesome
one less task to do

i'm stil stuck with the excel though
need to revamp it

I actually love the show

its a bit gory in a sense
but i like their take on superheroes
its really really nice

i've just watched it
and i feel like i'm still reeling from it
lol
