Its damn addictive this show
GLEE
watching it makes me wanna join a show choir.
it also gave me my new song to obsess about
papa don't preach
-an old madonna song
but really great as an acoustic song.
and of course, google showed a way to getting the exact chords for the acoustic version
i realized i nvr really bothered to practice guitar because didnt have a song that i cared about enough to make me pick up the guitar and try to memorise the chords.
but papa don't preach is perfect
getting better at barring chords but its hell on the fingertips( roomie's guitar uses metal strings)

bday
It's been a hectic week
but good in many ways :)
my bday was this wed, well today
and gosh, awesome ppl in my life
my frens who are also having quizzes this week took the time to go out with me today :)
plus my roomie! she got me my first cake of the day
really good choc cake
-choc as always rules the world.
and jc for getting me those amazingly cute chocolate hatching chicks AND a sparkling juice
THANKS MAN!
and my sis who;s planning a party for me!!!!!!!!!!!
PLUS term break next week
and although another quiz is due on fri
which i'm procrastinating studying for
HOLS NEXT WEEK
with many things to look forward too!
-lol this sounds like a tq speech
but gosh, i'mn feeling so gratful for the things in my life rite now
need an outlet :P

well
i got one more week till the end of my exams YES!!!!!!!!!!!
somehow with 2 papers left,
chemistry tmr and thermo next wed, i feel so friggin lazy
i know for thermo i'm gonna be suffering
coz i havent even started studying for it yet.
tmr i shall start, after chem
hahahaa
and chem.........
hmmmm
i think its because its like a lvls
but less stuff to cover
so yay for me!
and as still, my list for the hols keeps on growing
talking to my fren
another goal is to do a back walkover
without any wall
handstand
cartwheel
more shall be added later

Pau bao dumpling bread
I MADE BAO/PAU/bread dumpling today!!
it was really cool
i learnt how to make those ridges u see on the pau
i went to a church sister's apartment
her husband works in ntu
so whee!
the filling was good
extremely like xiao long bao
so yes!
i shall replicate
she told me to make xiao longbao, u just need much thinner dough
and load and loads of pleats
and as usual, ate until stuffed
it was really cool
